Coaching in Nature invites you to step outside of your normal routine and work and home environments to let nature support your development and wellbeing. I help people to work out for themselves what they need to do in order to lead a happier, healthier life with a clear purpose.
Reconnecting with nature, which we are all part of, helps people make mindful connections with themselves. The emphasis is on creating wellbeing, in other words, investing in you as a person.
The latest research highlights that just being in or close to nature increases health, happiness, clarity and creative thinking and it is with this in mind that I offer tailored 1-to-1 coaching experiences to both corporate clients and private individuals.
Coaching conversations take place outside or in venues within natural surroundings and I have extensive experience of delivering coaching to support people with:

- Professional development focussing on leadership and career management.
Update: Fantastic news! From January 2023 we resumed our face to face coaching sessions taking inspiration from nature. We offer a blend of face to face and virtual sessions to support our clients.
