Coaching in Nature invites you to step outside of your normal routine and work and home environments to let nature support your development and wellbeing. I help people to work out for themselves what they need to do in order to lead a happier, healthier life with a clear purpose.
Reconnecting with nature, which we are all part of, helps people make mindful connections with themselves. The emphasis is on creating wellbeing, in other words, investing in you as a person.
The latest research highlights that just being in or close to nature increases health, happiness, clarity and creative thinking and it is with this in mind that I offer tailored 1-to-1 coaching experiences to both corporate clients and private individuals.
Coaching conversations take place outside or in venues within natural surroundings and I have extensive experience of delivering coaching to support people with:

COVID19 update: Our face to face sessions are on hold until there is greater confidence about safety measures. Lockdown has highlighted more than ever the benefits of spending time in nature whether that is at home or out and about, and we are still offering virtual sessions where our coaching approach takes inspiration from nature.
